UPCOMING PERFORMANCES

November 15, 5:00-7:00 PM
"SING ALONG WITH SCULPTURE, Season 6"

Adam Weitz, Seward Johnson

For the past five years people from all over the world have stopped into the pavilion at Rat's after a tour of the 42-acre Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton to put their heads together and their hearts into singing beloved Broadway favorites and popular songs — sometimes it's an opera chorus, sometimes it's a circus, but it's always special! Now starting Season 6 with artist/GFS founder, Seward Johnson, and emcee Adam Weitz, you can enjoy the picturesque beauty of the park in the company of new and old friends over drinks and small plate specials.

Free, with songbooks provided.

December 3, 8:30 PM (doors, 7:00)
"OFF THE TOP!" with Jason Kravits

Phil Orr & More, Sir Duke

A solo, improvised musical-comedy high-wire act you've got to see to believe.

Whether you recognize him from Broadway (The Drowsy Chaperone, Relatively Speaking) or TV (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Practice), you've never seen Jason Kravits quite like this. In a performance Cabaret Scenes calls "fearless, mega-entertaining and addictive," Jason invents an entire cabaret, from scratch—Every song, every lyric, every show-biz anecdote, humblebrag and overshare—made up, on the spot, based on your suggestions. Backed by the most daring band in the business, and featuring very special guests, it's the show of a lifetime... every time! offthetop.nyc

Bring holly, bring mistletoe, bring a dreydl, and definitely bring a spirit of adventure. The festive event concludes the fall season of Sing Along With Sculpture – join artist/GFS founder, Seward Johnson, emcee Adam Weitz, and me again next spring.
